Inventor not received but SMS received states order delivered

I ordered an inventor from Incredible Connections however I never received it. I recieved the below message:

Your Incredible order ***8 has been delivered. Call *** or WhatsApp at https://bit.ly/4iesUbv. Share your feedback with us at https://bit.ly/3PzEaSI.

I had made countless following ups with Incredible Connections however they advised that the inventor is out of stock and they will process a refund. I am still waiting for my refund. It's been four weeks since however I still haven't received the inventor or my refund. No one from Incredible Connections can provide feedback on the matter.
