Insurance claim

On the 18th of November 2023, I've launched an insurance claim for my mobile phone and today is the 02 Dec 2024 I'm still no getting a proper response. At first told me that they don't see my claim on their system. The claim was launched 3 times from incredible connections wonderboom in pretoria to person called Selyby at Abacus. Now they they keep saying between today and by the end of the business day tomorrow your claim will be through. I'm frustrated and now I can't call them directly. My number has been blocked. I'm tired of going to the store every second day to check the progress.
