Insurance claim

Incredible connection is so slow on insurance claims. Abacus the insurance company waits for Incredible connection to submit a quotation for a damaged device/product, however its over 3 weeks and Incredible Connection still can't provide a quotation. I went to the store and all they said was they need to send a team to the supplier, I don't understand how long it takes to send a team to go and get quotations and why the team isn't send yet in over 3 weeks as I'm without a device.
