Insulted Customer Incredible Connection

<p>a few months back I bought a csrtridge for my late husbands HP Officejet 8600 - I went into an Incredible store and gave them the printer name - they sold me a cartridge for over R800. I only opened it yesterday but when I removed the old one - I saw the one I was sold was much too big. I checked the box and it did state 8600. Today I took it back to Incredible Eastgate. Basically I was told that I could not possibly have an 8600 as the cartridge I had been sold was the right one - the box says so! Hoe insulting can you get? I know what printer it is. And because it was a while ago and I no longer had the slip - I got nowhere.</p> <p>So Incredible - is this how you treat customers? I fully intend to avoid your stores now and will encourage others to do the same.</p>
