Inredible (not in a good way) Connection

Spent R9000.00 online for a Ryobi powerpack. Did not work day one. Called Incredible Connection (incredible as in unbelievable - and not in a good way) Returns policy: take it to a shop for repair or replace - you kidding right!! We bought the damn thing online for a reason! Spend your (onlne) money with this "company" at your own risk!!
