Inexcusable Service

Absolutely terrible service when ordering online I bought a gaming screen on their onli e store and after paying them trying to find out anything about your order is impossible speaking to multiple support agents over multiple days yielded zero i information as to why my paid for order had not even been picked and reserved the 1st step on the order process, and apparently they have no managers or supervisors you can talk to. So after 5 days when my order was supposed to be delivered according to their worst case they had not done anything on the order appart from take my money.
