Horrible horrible online service. Pls do not make mistake ordering online. I spend a fortune buying a tv online on 18 Oct. delivery is 2to5 days. Been over a week now and no delivery. And worst is call center have no information to give. Just that they will file a complained and upscale it. At this point don’t know if I will get the tv or when or even my money back. All they can say is they don’t know. They can’t give me someone to call, they can’t give me an address to go to speak to someone. I don’t know if I’m getting ****med.
