Incredulous connection

It is baffling to note that such a big company in the stature of Incredible Connection can tell you they do not have a colour receipt for a huge item such as a 65 inch TV set that costs more than R10 000 just because you bought it online. Providing a client with a stupid b&w copy because you do not have a colour scanner when you are a seller of the very same office automation items really sounds repugnant. Perhaps the name change to Incredulous connection might not be a bad idea for such a service.
