INCREDIBLY USELESS

Totally useless company from shops and the staff to the lack of follow-up when complaints are made through the call center. Complaint made on 25 September 2020, told someone would contact me within 24 hours. It is now 6 October and still no word. TOTALLY USELESS!!!
