Incredibly useless

I have been signed up to receive spam emails which I specifically requested not to be. I went to a store requesting to be removed from the mailing list after the unsubscribe button would not work. They informed me I needed to call the call centre which I did. I was told I would be removed in 1 day. I am still receiving the mails so I emailed the support line and asked to be removed which I am sure is not a big job. I received an email stating that they have notified the team to remove me. Six hours later and I am still receiving mails. When I email again asking if there is any chance of this being sped up as I receive about 6 emails a day, I was sent what I consider a rude reply in bigger font stating "Unfortunately not". Maybe if your unsubscribe button worked (which for a company that sells computers and software should not be that difficult) I wouldn't have to keep requesting to be removed from the mailing list.
