Incredibly POOR service

Do NOT order birthday gifts from this lackluster company. Their shipping methods are pathetic and you are going to wait. My order *** has been sitting with them for 5 days without being shipped, no updates nor communication from them, I had to phone to find out what was going on. Frustrating to say the least!!!
