Incredibly Pathetic horrifying service

I bought a dell laptop from incredible connection last year august from the strubensvalley store and recently encountered hard drive problems. As the item was still under warranty i returned the item to the store for repairs. the technician explained to me that I need to contact dell and arrange for repairs which I did multiple times only for this team in India to give me a long story and something about the item being out of warranty which it was not. This went on and on for two weeks with no reponse from either parties
