incredibly ***********

<p>We bought a ASUS Fx 550 from incredible *******ion paid R13999. It was exchanged 3 times. So laptop nr 3 started giving trouble aswell but we could not send it in as my husband was away and needed the laptop, he couldn't do much with it but atleast it was working as a very expensive note book. Went to go give it in 25/06/2017 they said they will send it away asap today I phone to hear what is going on and get informed the laptop has not left the store yet. So they are fast to take ur money but have incredible issues when it comes to customer service. Im Incredibly ticked off and would advise other people to think twice before buying from them. I can't believe im struggling this much to just get something I paid for and so expensive with all the promises what it can do and yet I get no joy for my money. Incredibly poor service wish I could give you a - score. I would never in my life touch anything remotely asus or incredible Connection again im so over this. even online places have better customer care.</p> <p>Incredibly ticked off customer</p>
