Incredibly ********

I visited IC Menlyn to buy a product and pointed out to the sales guy (Leroy), and the manager (Mark), that they were out priced against market, looking to chat about the price. They proudly (some might say arrogantly, but let's remain optimistic here) informed me that they don't give discounted as they "make enough". I'm assuming they make enough money that they are willing to lose and R8k sale for R300 discount, forever lose a customer with their attitude and don't need any market share as they dominate their segment. I have to admit that they truly live up to their name, as this is indeed incredible.
