Incredibly frustrating

Pathetic call centre and lack of customer service. The entire team at incredible connection has no idea on how to resolve an issue or provide proper customer service. My order has been in limbo since the 24th of April. I had been continuously contacting them with regards to the delivery of both my microwave and tablet. The microwave is being resolved now however nobody knows where the tablet is which I needed for a birthday present 2 days ago. I had tickets escalated and falsely closed which they say was a mistake on their end and I still have no idea as to where is the tablet. Stay away from them, rather use takealot or loot where you will know the status of your items.
