INCREDIBLY Disconnected with Online Customer Support

It is impossible to get any information regarding orders made online! No one is able to give me an update on my order or when I can expect to receive it. I should have received it by now or at least have received an update as the website states 2 to 5 days. Very frustrating and disappointing. I advise people to be wary before placing an order via the website. I am not even able to get them to log a complaint for me or to send me a reference number. UTTERLY useless, incredibly disappointing.
