Incredibly Connection - Terrible Client Services

I'm extremely disappointed! Terrible client services! Please don't ever open an account with incredible connection. This has been a total nightmare!

My debit order is set for incredible connection as soon as my money is in. Incredible connection is the first debit order that goes off. (This is how I prefer it) only to receive a call last week sayig that I missed my June payment (please note this is not allocated on my July statement also not on my August statement) I told them that this is highly unlikely never the less I paid that additional amount with my September installment. Guess what?? They went and submitted an utstanding payment on my credit score and also listed me as a bad payer. I've called more than 10 times only to be on hold for more than an hour or for them to put the phone down in the middle of the phone call. Let alone I was not rude once.

This is really getting the best of me. PLEASE STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE!!
