Incredibly bad service from Incredible Connection

I placed an order on 1 December 2025. It was for 2 items. The first was delivered but the second item evidently came from another store. A separate delivery was note was raised for that item. When it didn't arrive in 5 days, I tried to phone them. They don't answer the phone. I emailed them on their service email addresses and am still waiting for a reply. Since then, I have emailed them multiple times without response and have phoned and texted the delivery numbers without response. Bottom lie is that you cannot contact them and they obviously don't care about you as a customer. This is a company that makes their problems yours and hides from any contact. MY RECOMMENDATION IS THAT YOU DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE FROM THIS COMANY NOR GROUP WHICH INCLUDES HI FI CORPORATION AND JD GROUP.
