Incredibly Bad Service!!!

Incredible Connection Order No: *** Complaint No: ***

This order was placed on 26 September 2024 and dispatched to the courier the same day. Having not received the Delivery by 3 October 2024, I called to follow up on it. They logged a complaint – nothing happened. I followed up again on Monday 7 October 2024 and received a reassuring phone call to say that the matter was being dealt with. I called again today, still no answers. Where is my delivery? Is it lost, ****** or are Incredible Connection just plain ***********? I would like answers please and a resolution to this problem. That is of course if anyone is even taking note of the problem.
