Incredibly bad service!

Incredible, I am so frustrated and disappointed. I ordered a gift for my mom, an Amazon Kindle which was on special. The latest delivery date given was 5 working days. What I didn’t expect was: 1) a used product, repackaged, sent with the wrong charging cable 2) to arrive 2 days late 3) after being sent to Ladysmith instead of to me 4) only once I prompted you to process my order, which was paid for an ignored for over 48 hours.

I have complained via email, telephone (thank you for the 40 minutes on hold and two disconnections), and WhatsApp and still have a second-hand kindle, no refund and no response a week after it was due. Incredible!
