Incredibly BAD Incredible Connection

Yes, they're incredible. They repackage returned goods and sell them again as brand new. My NEW HP printer has an active warranty with seven months remaining. How is this possible? I have struggled all weekend to get the thing working - no joy, only to find this out today. For small businesses my advice is - go elsewhere. They have wasted my time and caused me huge frustration. I was a faithful client for years but no more.
