incredibly bad

In march I purchased a Toshiba notebook through the online incredible connection site. In April took it to incredible connection Greenstone as the keys were being unresponsive. Since then I have not heard from them.. called the customer care line was given the greenstone number, but that number just goes dead. Wrote a email. Was contacted by a person who said that he would get the greenstone store to contact me. That was last week Thursday. . It was the first time I purchased anything from incredible connection. .what a mistake that was because they have absolutely no customer service to speak of.
