I purchased a cellphone and a smar****ch from the Incredible Connection Clearwater branch just under a month ago. Since the purchase, my order has been delayed with no clear resolution in sight.

I have repeatedly followed up and have been provided with ongoing and inconsistent explanations, primarily attributing the delay to issues at the warehouse, including claims that the order has not yet been picked. Despite these assurances, no concrete progress or reliable timeframe has been communicated.

Additionally, attempts to escalate the matter through store management have been unsuccessful, as management has either been unavailable or unable to provide meaningful assistance. As a result, the matter remains unresolved after an unreasonable period of time.
