Incredibly awful service

I ordered a tablet on the 7th of December, was supposed to be delivered within 2-5 working days. Have not received it or heard anything from Incredible Connection or the couriers. According to RTT couriers, it has been sent back to Johannesburg. I've been contacting them eversince, but no one seems to care. So much for an "incredible" service.
