Incredibly awful

Incredibly awful and dishonest trading. I placed my order for 3 items online on May 28th and received an immediate confirmation two days later I got a sorry message saying no stock. I asked which of the 3 items were out of stock no response. then nothing no reply to any of my 3 e-mails. The I-store are honest enough to tell you which items are out of stock but these people are happy to take your money and do nothing
