Incredibley Usless Connection should not be allowed to to have online sales, I will never make the mistake of supporting them again.

<p>I recently ordered 2 x Samsung Galaxy Tablets online from Incredibly useless Connection. I was very surprised and impressed when I was notified only 3 days later that my order will be delivered, unfortunately only 1 tablet was delivered instead of 2??? After daily phone calls to their customer center I have still not hd any response from them. I have been given a reference number "730820" and I get told the same story every time I have called and that is that their Head Office will contact me within 24 hours. What a joke, its almost a week now and I have not heard from them. I will continue calling every day and hopefully something happens. The two tablets are supposed to be Christmas gifts for my sisters twins but due to the incompetence and poor service of incredibly useless connection, I unfortunately will not be able to give them their gifts this Christmas.</p>
