IncredibleConnection Computer repair rip-off

<p>Two weeks ago, I took my Asus tablet to the Nelspruit Riverside Mall Incredible Connection branch for repair.</p> <p>I was told that it would have to be sent away and a deposit of R450 was required. I paid this and on 13 July I was notified that it could not be repaired as spares were unobtainable. When I went to collect the Tablet. I was told: Sorry, the deposit is not refundable. I think tis is a rip-off.</p>
