Online purchasing just does not work, getting an error on checkout, ongoing for a few days now.

Logged a query via email, no response. Attempted to log a query using their online chat function - the agent tells me to log a query to the same email address I already logged a query to and where I am not getting any response.

Not going to bother any further, will just remove them from my list of places to do business with.
