Incredible waste of money & time

Purchased a UPS from these clowns. It was faulty. Took it back. They told me to come to store for a replacement item, on a certain date. Got to the store, NO stock. Wasted my time & petrol driving to the store. 2 months later, still waiting for these clowns to provide the item
