Incredible useless service

There is a reason why Incredible Connection is called names like Incredible *******ion en many more incredibly bad names. I bought an item online and chose the click and pick up instore option. I Ordered and paid 11am and went to pick up 3pm just to find out that THE ONLINE department can not connect and send an invoice to the branch. I waited 90 minutes to drive back home without my product. Useless service.
