Incredible Useless *******ion

Bought a battery backup system online , stock was available.Made payment and from there on the service was utterly useless . What a terrible experience with online goods purchased.This service is nowhere near a Takeallot experience and need to better their service. Why allow me to purchase a item that was in stock , and then when it comes to delivery there is a issue. To further my disgust is that I have to call to find out whats happening
