Incredible useless connection

I have two outstanding orders since the 13th (It is now the 24th). I was reasonable, that maybe the 3-5 working days as promised to deliver the goods, was affected by Covid-19. So I kept on tracking patiently. Then one day I found out that the courier company has apparently tried to contact me several times, and I, as the Consignee, has refused delivery several times. But the time stamp for these so called rejections were all after working hours. And I never even had a missed call from anyone, except telemarketers - (YES, I disabled my call-blocking app, to be able to receive calls from couriers). It is worth mentioning that my closest branch is 2km from my delivery adress. (have I rather opted to collect...) In the meantime I made an online purchase from another company in the Cape province, 1000km from me. They delivered, I tested, returned some products, and got a refund already. But here I am still INCREDIBLY patient with this INCREDIBLE s*#t!!! I even logged a call, got a referencenumber, and a promised call-back. Yet nothing! Then to top it off, I received an e-mail this morning that my product was successfully delivered, while I am now INCREDIBLY frustrated
