Incredible ****up

If I could give Incredible connections NO ****ING STARS I WOULD. I bought a new laptop bundle with free bag in November last year, had to go overseas on a business trip & the laptop has not ****ing worked since day ***ING ONE! IT is the biggest piece of ****in ****! I came back from overseas & brought it back to Incredible connections Clearwater & requested my money back but did not have the free ****ing bag so they refused me a refund & suggested they fux it. I had it "supposedly" fixed & collected it yesterday & it still doesn't ****in work. ****ING PATHETIC SERVICE. WHERE DO IC GET THEIR LAPTOPS FROM.. OFF A ****ING TRUCK
