Incredible took the joy out of Christmas!

Incredible Connection Vaal should have a new advert before Christmas to tell there consumers that " DO NOT buy from us any Christmas gifts, do not wrap the gifts and certainly do not put them under your Christmas trees because when you open your present and the product is faulty we will ENFORCE a 14 day exchange policy. We will not give a **** about your child who now doesn't have a working present! Incredible was not helpful, not in the store, not through their customer service and not on messenger. The manager even agreed that I should take them to an Ombudsman.
