Incredible slow connection

I bought a laptop a week ago from Incredible connections, where they specified that the laptop will be delivered between 2-5 days. After 7days it still shows that the laptop have not been out for couriers to collect it. I have Mailed them, phoned them and send messages via Facebook, only one that actually come back was incredible connection Facebook(thank you, that was actually fast feedback). SAD news is they told me they can’t tell me when and if the laptop will be delivered and that the problem is with the warehouse and that the warehouse will phone to explain. But i am still waiting for that call....i am still waiting for my laptop to ready, so that a courier can pick it UP. I Will advise anyone that needs a laptop ASAP not to use Incredible slow Connection but rather use Takealot, fast reliable and great customer service.
