Incredible service at the blue route - Tokai (WC) branch of Incredible Connection!

We ordered one of the last iPad Mini available at the time just before Xmas which we were told was going to be delivered in 2 to 5 business day which was more than enough time for it to arrive before Xmas; however after numerous phone calls and inquiry to the Blue Route branch in Tokai, (Western Cap) where we ordered it, I was told that the iPad Mini was MIA and no-one was able to track it down nor contact the Joburg branch were the iPad Mini was shipped from (no kudos for the main branch which seemed out of service at a time where everyone is frantically trying to buy Xmas gifts). With 2 days left before Xmas, I went to the Blue route branch yet again where I asked to talk to the Branch's Manager, Hailey to sort it out; Hailey went out of her ways to find an alternative source (it seems they were only 2 iPad Mini available in the entire region with my desired specs ). We finally located the other one at the iStore in Canal walk; Hailey offered to pick it up that evening on her way home to deliver it the next morning (24th of Dec) at my house on her way to work, she also gave me a 5% discount for the inconvenience of the late delivery. That was an incredible service of someone who clearly care about her customers. My wife was truly flabbergasted by Hailey's generosity and the fact that you went out of your way to accommodate us. Again, a big thank you to you Hailey and all the staff of Incredible Connection, Blue Route, Tokai for an incredible follow-up!.
