Incredible service

Incredible connection Clearwater has the poorest customer service. I took a Lenovo Yoga for repair assessment in In late Feb/ early March 2019. I Rejected the assessment quote and still have not received my laptop back. The staff at the store are not even able to trace my laptop on the system. When my ID number is used to check the order status , I am given someone else’s details. I have been to the store more than 100 times to check if the laptop is back and always get the same story. Someone please help.
