Their 14 days return policy is 14 calendar days and they do not care if it is over Christmas with its public holidays and an item was purchased as a gift which was only opened on Christmas day.

If they do take it back, they will keep the funds as an in-store credit and charge you a whopping 15% handling fee.

Rather buy the products online at the other online company, much better.
