Incredible ripoff at Incredible Connection

I bought a Kwese box, went faulty after 1 month, went to the store at Galleria and the salesperson not helpful at all. I was told that can only return or exchange within 5 days.no where in store or the receipt mentioned this. I was told to hand in the box and wait 21 days.So I get punishment for a faulty product.I appeal to all Wud be customers to never trust any Incredible store or purchase from them . " Incredible Connection does an incredible job of ripping customers off". I am still going to escalate this as the CPA does protect people against ************ businesses.
