Incredible rip-off with HP laptop touchscreen

I purchased a new HP laptop from Incredible Connection Greenstone last year December, My HP laptop developed dead pixels two months ago and I handed it back to Incredible Connection, who refused to give me a loan unit or a refund. It is now 3 weeks and no one can indicate to me when I will get my machine back, the level of service from Incredible Connection is very poor and all they can say they are waiting for their supplier, the manager promised to get back to me to give me an update today and nothing. I went to the shop and the manager told me that HP has told them we damaged the screen to create the dead pixels so I turned around a and told him that this problem is widespread on the internet, he says they will sort it out but to date nothing. we have five touch screen devices at home and we never had an issue like this. I also complained on the Incredible Connection website and they did not bother to get back to me. it is evident that they don`t need me as a customer as they have too many customers. Please beware when you buy from this shop, THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU
