Incredible poor service

I wanted to make a lay buy on a PS4 yesterday at your Loch Logan Waterfront Store. The deposit I had to buy to start this lay buy was R680.00. When starting to process this I was informed by the store manager that the system was off, but that I should pay the R680.00 onto a gift card and they will then process it back onto the lay buy once your system is up and running. I asked them clearly yesterday if I can send somebody to collect the lay buy documents as I do not have a car and they said yes they will even email it to me. Today when I sent the person to your store, the system was still off. I then phoned the branch and I was informed that I should come and collect these documentation myself and that they cannot email this to me. This is really unacceptable as this is different than what I was told yesterday. PLEASE SORT THIS OUT and get these documentation to me via email as I am not going to pay a taxi R80.00 just to go and collect these documents.
