Incredible Pathetic Connection

One star is way to many!! Incredible (more like pathetic) Connection sort your processes out. Placed an order 28 June 2025, order shipped with Aramex, which has always been as pathetic as I now know Incredible Connection is. When I tracked the parcel I found it was in Johannesburg even though my address is in the Western Cape. Logged a complaint with Incredible Connection after which they contacted me to get the correct address which they confirmed is the same as what they have. Then Aramex contacted me to confirm delivery address which I also did and then nothing for days. It is now 6 days since the parcel landed in Johannesburg and it still has not moved. Called Incredible Connection and they will log a complaint which was done previously. Asked about cancelling the order and was told a refund will take 7 to 14 days. Rather go to a shop, do not order online as they are clearly ***********, do not care or has no idea of customer service.
