Incredible onnection Tygervalley and Skynet...PLEASE STEP UP

I ordered one replacement neo stick remote online and what a disaster! I follow up with the suggested pick up point days after ordering and paying for the remote. No constructive feedback and in some instances plain rude employee ethic. Customer service ethic! Why offer a service if you know you cannot deliver? To make matters worst, I have tried contacting the courier company - SKYNET- numerous times, to track the parcel. NO ONE ANSWERS!
