Incredible online - no delivery 3 weeks later???

Made an online purchase 23 February 2018 and it’s still not delivered. I have called three times and had empty promises that the order will be delivered. Some of the items were gifts that’s past due..... kinda tired calling and following up....yourl have over 5k of my money. Will the order ever be delivered???
