Incredible misleads

Incredible advertises a router for R1099 ( R500 off) . On the packaging , the normal price is R 1499. I bought the router .I complained via their contact information to get a response" We just did a follow up and we were adviced that you return the item to the store for they will assist further with the price check". So basically i must take time off from work to drive to the store to return the item. What utter nonsense.
