Incredible lie

This is an incredible lie. I bought vx steering wheel with advice it was going to work on xbox one but doesn't. Upon returning I was told I needed invoice which I don't have since I bought online. They have the order number which can check against but they did not want to do so. I had to take an orthodox reaction for them to act.

I have wasted time and missed opportunity to buy a Xmas present for my son
