Incredible lack of service

I placed an online order on 30 Nov, still haven't received the delivery. I have had no communication about the delay. The call centre doesn't ever answer, emails don't get responded to and chat line agents are only able to say that they have "logged the complaint" or "escalated the complaint". Nothing is being done about this and I want my order or my money bac****!!
