Incredible (Lack of service) Connection

I can say that this branch has lived up to the low expectations I had from the onset. Having need of a printer, I did the necessary research and decided on the Epson Ink Tank L386. As they were R100.00 less than Dion Wired, I purchased the unit from them. I was assured of excellent quality and after sales support. Well now that I need that support on a Warranty claim it's just not there as promised.

I think that if a retailer sells a particular product that has a policy of taking more than 3 weeks to repair it that this should be made very clear to the purchaser upfront. I was told "Don't worry Sir, if it breaks, Epson are a Huge Company and will repair it right away!".

My printer was in store for two weeks at Cradlestone branch and had not even been collected. This is a work tool and it had caused much frustration and inconvenience as a result. After week three I am told it's still at the supplier and as I now know it can take another two weeks for them to return it to the store once repaired.

Do not buy from Incredible Connection as you will simply be given excuse after excuse. So very disappointing indeed.
