Incredible *******ion! Simply The Worst!

If I could give them a negative rating, I would. Simply the worst service and no accountability! And a call centre agent that hung up on me!!!! It took over 2 weeks to deliver a TV bought on Black Friday! After numerous complaints and no delivery, I cancelled the order, only to be told it takes 3 days to approve your refund and 7-14 days to give you your money back. They are just a bunch of ****mers! Whomever runs this department should get FIRED! Don’t buy on Incredible Connection!!!! I will rather pay more to get better service. Never again!!!!
