Incredible *******ion and *****, no way to get your money back

I purchased a product that was available online. (Note payment is taken from your account IMMEDIATELY). They state delivery 2-5 business days. I get called saying they don't have the product (day 4). In the meantime nothing happens to try and make a plan from their side. On business day 7 I call to say I now want a refund. I get told a call is logged and I must wait ANOTHER 2-5 business days. That time passed. I call to enquire. I get promised on 4 May that the funds will be in my account midnight that day. It is another 4 days and 2 business days later. Still nothing. I cannot get told when I will receive my funds either. The store does not answer their phone. Call center pulls up their shoulders and we are now almost 1 month in for a large amount of money that I do not have.

We are not even referring to the interest on that. Just my actual money!
